Responsibilities

• Interact with patients via telephone, text, email, or in person to provide support.
• Collect information and schedule patient appointments for oral surgery.
• Field patient questions and complaints and ensure resolution.
• Maintain patient accounts and records of interactions.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Excellent communication skills including active listening

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
