Job summary

Crothall Healthcare, a Compass Group company, is hiring a Patient Ambassador at MUSC Charleston. The role is full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–4:30 pm with rotating weekends. Requires hospitality/customer service experience and healthcare familiarity; proficient in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Prior hospitality/customer service experience required.
• Healthcare experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite required.

Responsibilities

• Conducts patient interviews and welcomes new admissions.
• Ensure hospitality orientation toward customers and clients.
• Support client satisfaction and account retention.
• Promote the Patient Experience Program and customize programs per account needs.
• Assist in developing and monitoring patient satisfaction action plans and reporting.
