• Maintain HIPAA with confidential approach to patient information at all times.
• Appointment Scheduling: Manage patient appointment scheduling, ensuring appointments are made accurately and timely.
• Confirm appointments and contact patients with reminders for appointment, minimizing no-show rates.
• Reschedule appointments and handle cancellations while maintaining efficient clinic operations.
• Coordinate with provide leadership and other healthcare staff to ensure proper scheduling
• Data Management: Accurately input and update patient information in the electronic health record (EHR) system.
• Maintain and track appointment records to ensure all patient encounters are documented.
• Other job duties as appropriate and assigned by supervisor.
• Hybrid position- 50% in-office; 50% remote

Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with patients and healthcare providers
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to handle sensitive patient information with confidentiality and professionalism
• Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
