Kivo Health, Inc. is seeking a Patient Engagement Specialist to help patients start their journey toward better lung health. You will contact referred patients, explain the virtual pulmonary rehab program, and guide enrollment with clear, compassionate communication.

You will conduct 100+ outbound calls daily, build trust, discuss costs, and coordinate with clinicians to ensure a smooth enrollment process while keeping thorough records.

Qualificações

• Experience in sales, patient outreach, or healthcare navigation.
• Strong verbal communication and trust-building over the phone.
• Ability to handle high-volume outbound calls with empathy.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct a high volume (100+) of outbound calls to referred patients.
• Educate patients about the virtual pulmonary rehabilitation program.
• Explain program benefits, co-pays, and costs to patients.
• Address questions with confidence, empathy, and professionalism.
• Overcome objections and guide enrollment to next steps.
• Document all interactions and enrollment activities accurately.
• Collaborate with providers and internal teams to ensure a smooth patient experience.
• Assist with other enrollment tasks as needed.
