Job summary

Valeris, a life sciences care coordination partner, is hiring a full-time Patient Support Specialist to assist patients with benefits, enrollment, and provider communications.

You will handle inquiries, explain coverage options, document activities, and coordinate with pharmacy programs while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and maintaining empathetic, high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred or equivalent experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bi-lingual in English and Spanish or Chinese/Mandarin is a plus.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer service and healthcare industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain trusted patient relationships with proactive communication.
• Explain benefits, enrollment steps, and program resources to patients.
• Document activities in the Lynk system following SOPs.
• Coordinate product shipments through patient assistance/bridge programs.
• Triage patient inquiries and route to appropriate internal/external resources.
• Support adherence services with nurse follow-up when applicable.
