Job summary

Moses Lake Community Health Center is seeking an Eligibility Specialist to enroll patients in insurance and help them apply for financial assistance for pharmacy, medical and dental services. The role emphasizes warm, empathetic patient service and supports CCR team administrative tasks in a fast-paced clinic environment.

The position requires a high school diploma, strong communication and computer skills, and bilingual abilities in Spanish and/or Russian to assist diverse patients effectively.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and speak Spanish and/or Russian.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and basic math/computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent service and information to patients and colleagues.
• Manages medical and behavioral health appointment scheduling.
• Adapts to changes in systems and workflows and participates in trainings.
• Completes continuing education credits to maintain In Person Navigator certification.
