Job summary

Snow is seeking a Program Manager to plan and execute patient education programs in virtual or live settings, and to promote attendance. You will liaise with account teams to align program design with client needs and serve as a production director during events.

The role requires strong event planning, coordination, and communication skills, with travel up to 25% and in-office commitments as part of Omnicom policy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university.
• Three to five years of related experience and/or training preferred.
• Valid driver’s license; a passport may be necessary in some instances.
• Omnicom policy requires in-office work a minimum of three days a week.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate virtual webinars and events for patient and caregiver audiences for pharmaceutical clients.
• Manage live event details including venue setup, menu selection, and audiovisual needs.
• Understand technical requirements and platform choices (AdobeConnect, Webex, Zoom).
• Create virtual events and provide client/presenter training as needed.
• Communicate with clients, sales reps, and internal teams to finalize event details.
• Lead event production and act as production director during events (live or virtual).
• Provide technical support during engagement processes and run-throughs.
• Work with contractors and vendors to oversee contractual details and expectations.
• Maintain regular client communication on program development and effectiveness.
• Travel up to 25% as needed.
