Job summary

Onomi is seeking a Project Manager, Life Sciences to lead end-to-end congress, webinar, adboard and medical education event projects both onsite and remote. You will build and launch our live engagement apps using Backstage CMS, while managing customers and stakeholders to enhance HCP experiences across the project lifecycle.

In this role, you will coordinate with cross-functional teams, ensure flawless on-site and virtual delivery, train faculty and field teams, and deliver post-event analyses

Qualifications

• 2+ years of congress engagement and pharma stakeholder management experience.
• Experience with congress/workflow approvals across Commercial, Medical and Legal Review.
• Experience in life sciences event planning and execution.

Responsibilities

• Build, configure and launch our live engagement apps (web, mobile, portal, video, AI) using Backstage CMS.
• Professionally manage customers and senior stakeholders with clear, timely communications.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure seamless onsite event execution and train staff.
• Ensure onsite technology is tested end-to-end.
• Handle post-event communications, analyze data, and deliver reports and recommendations.
