Qualifications

  • Omnicom requires in-office attendance: three days a week (may increase).

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate virtual webinars and live events for a patient and caregiver audience.
  • Manage live event details including venue setup, menu, and Audio/Visual needs.
  • Recommend platforms based on requirements (AdobeConnect, Webex, Zoom).
  • Provide training for clients and presenters on platforms.
  • Lead events as production director and provide tech support.
  • Communicate with clients, sales reps, and internal teams to finalize details.
