Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years in a direct patient support role.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for education on disease state, products, and therapy access.
• Develop and maintain relationships with patients and caregivers via in-person and virtual interactions.
• Assess patient needs to develop a plan of action empowering patient and caregiver advocacy.
