Job summary

PATIENT DINING ASSOCIATE (DIETARY AIDE) is a full-time role at Morrison Healthcare in Bay Saint Louis, MS. You will support patient meal service, entry menu selections, deliver trays, and uphold safety and quality standards.

The position offers a daytime schedule 6:00 am to 6:30 pm, with training provided and opportunities to grow within Compass Group. Prior patient dining experience is preferred, and lifting up to 100 pounds may be required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write and interpret documents in English.
• Basic computer and mathematical skills are required.
• Position requires lifting up to 100 pounds occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with menu selections and coordinate with nursing for nutritional needs.
• Assemble and deliver meal trays on a timely basis.
• Maintain HACCP and sanitation standards in daily operations.
• Support dietitians and care team as needed.
• Complete daily, weekly and monthly reports as required by policies.
