Job summary

Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Healthcare company, is seeking a full-time Patient Dining Associate (Dietary Aide) at Methodist Olive Branch, Olive Branch, MS. You will help assemble and deliver patient meals, support menu selections, and work with nursing and culinary teams to ensure accuracy and safety.

The role requires punctuality, teamwork, and a focus on patient satisfaction, with on-site work from 6:00 am to 6:00 pm and rotating weekends. Training is provided if needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write and interpret documents in English.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds and maneuver food delivery carts.

Responsibilities

• Help patients understand menu selections and coordinate with nursing to meet nutritional needs.
• Assist with menu alternatives for allergies, preferences and other restrictions.
• Assemble meals according to patient selections and retrieve trays on schedule.
