Job summary

Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Healthcare company, is hiring immediately for a full-time Patient Dining Associate (Dietary Aide) at Atrium Medical Center in Middletown, OH. You will help patients choose meals, assemble and deliver trays, and support the dining team on assigned units.

Schedule options include 6:00 am–2:30 pm or 11:00 am–7:30 pm with rotating weekends. Prior patient dining and customer service experience is preferred, and the fixed pay rate is $16.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write and interpret documents in English.
• Basic computer and mathematical skills.
• Must be able to occasionally lift or move up to 100 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with menu selections and coordinate with nursing to meet nutritional needs.
• Collaborate with caregivers and culinary team to offer suitable menu alternatives considering allergies and preferences.
• Assemble and retrieve meal trays from patient rooms on time and accurately.
• Follow HIPAA and confidentiality policies, and comply with regulatory standards.
• Handle HACCP guidelines, clean work stations, and maintain sanitation per policy.
• Communicate any problems to the appropriate personnel promptly.
• Complete daily, weekly, or monthly reports as required.
