Job summary

Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Healthcare company, is hiring for a full-time or part-time Patient Dining Associate (Dietary Aide) at Siloam Springs Medical Center in Siloam Springs, AR. You will assist patients with menu selections, assemble and deliver meals, and ensure accuracy and timeliness of service.

Shifts are full-time or part-time with three 12-hour shifts weekly; evenings and weekends may be required. Prior dining experience is preferred and online applications are accepted only.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write and interpret documents in English.
• Basic computer and mathematical skills.
• Must be able to occasionally lift or move up to 100 pounds, and push food delivery carts.

Responsibilities

• Help patients understand menu selections and work with nursing on dietary needs.
• Assemble meals according to patient selections and deliver on time.
• Maintain HACCP, HIPAA, and sanitation standards; assist dietitians as needed.
• Prepare reports as outlined by Morrison Healthcare policies.
