Prime Healthcare's Saint Francis Hospital in Evanston, IL is seeking a dedicated dietary operations professional to oversee hospital patient foodservice functions, including meal delivery and order taking, ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety.

This role reports to the Director or General Manager, manages staff performance, ensures regulatory compliance, and acts as a liaison between patients, clinical staff and the nutrition team in a fast-paced dayshift environment

Competenze

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Food Safety Certification required upon hire and maintained.
• Two years of experience in food service operations; CDM/DTR preferred.

Mansioni

• Oversee daily hospital patient foodservice operations, ensuring quality and safety standards.
• Coordinate meal delivery and order taking; liaise with patients, clinical staff, and nutrition team.
