Qualifications

• Leadership experience required.
• Ability to communicate and read documents such as safety rules and procedures.
• Comfort with hospital systems and computer-based records.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient meal service and ensure proper staffing for Patient Dining.
• Supervise Patient Dining Associates and assist with menu selections and tray delivery.
• Collaborate with care teams to offer allergy-aware and culturally appropriate options.
• Monitor daily patient meal selection, tray completion, delivery, and retrieval.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and maintain patient confidentiality.
• Support dietitians in monitoring special diets and calorie counts.
• Record daily/weekly/monthly reports per Morrison policies and GR8 Start guidelines.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
