Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of hospital patient foodservice.
• Ensure quality, safety and patient satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Manage staff performance.
• Liaise between patients, clinical staff and the food and nutrition team.
