Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Group company, is hiring for a full-time Patient Services Lead at Atrium Medical Center in Middletown, OH. The role focuses on coordinating patient meal service, training Patient Dining Associates, and ensuring staffing to support the Patient Dining Program.

The position requires prior supervisory experience and healthcare experience is preferred. The fixed pay rate is $20.00 per hour, with a Monday–Friday schedule and occasional evenings/weekends.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience required.
• Healthcare experience preferred.
• Ability to lift and move up to 100 pounds occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Oversees systems and processes to meet program objectives.
• Supervise Patient Dining Associates and ensure tray service.
• Determine menu alternatives for allergies and cultural needs.
• Communicate patient needs to appropriate personnel in a timely manner.
• Assist dietitians with patients on special diets or calorie counts.
• Follow HIPAA and health/sanitation regulations, and applicable policies.
