Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Healthcare company, is hiring a full-time Supervisor, Patient Dining located at the Cleveland Clinic - South Pointe in Warrensville Heights, OH. Evening and morning shifts including weekends and some holidays are required.

Supervisory experience and patient dining/food service background are preferred. The role oversees shift operations, trains staff, and ensures adherence to policies and safety standards while delivering quality meals to patients and caregivers.

Qualifications

• Supervisor experience required.
• Patient dining, food service, or hospitality experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure is maintained.
• Provide training and create work schedules.
• Evaluate performance of workers, reward high performers and discipline underperformers.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure unit meets quality, productivity and safety expectations.
• Act as contact person for employees with complaints or time-off requests.
• Mentor and develop employees and encourage advancement within the organization.
