Job summary

Compass Group USA through TouchPoint is hiring a Patient Services Lead at Ascension Seton Medical Center Austin to coordinate patient meal service and supervise the Patient Dining staff. The role ensures accurate menu selections, timely tray assembly, and respectful patient interactions in a hospital dining program.

The position requires leadership experience and strong customer service skills, with full-time hours and a shift pattern from early morning into the evening to meet patient needs.

Qualifications

• At least one year of leadership/supervisory experience is required.
• Customer service experience is also required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient meal service and special requests for the Patient Dining Program.
• Supervise Patient Dining Associates and ensure meals are properly prepared and delivered.
• Determine menu alternatives for allergies, cultural, ethnic, and religious preferences.
• Interact with nursing to evaluate daily patient meal selection and tray delivery.
• Adhere to HIPAA and facility policies; ensure data security and patient rights.
• Complete daily/weekly/monthly reports as outlined in Morrison policies.
