Job summary

TouchPoint Support Services is hiring immediately for patient server roles at Ascension Seton Medical Center Austin. We offer full-time and part-time schedules, with 12-hour shifts, days from 6:00 am to 7:30 pm, and rotating weekends.

A minimum of one year of customer service experience is required, and training is provided on-site. Responsibilities include assembling and delivering trays, taking menu selections, and assisting the dietitian, while adhering to dietary guidelines and HIPAA.

Qualifications

• At least one year of customer service experience.
• Able to lift up to 100 pounds.
• Computer skills to operate hospital systems.

Responsibilities

• Takes patients' menu selections prior to each meal.
• Assembles trays according to patients' menu selections.
• Delivers and retrieves trays on assigned units.
• Interacts with nursing staff to ensure diet prescriptions are met.
• Maintains accurate patient information on assigned units.
• Works in compliance with dietary restrictions and HIPAA policies.
