Job summary

TouchPoint Support Services is seeking a full-time Patient Services Lead at Ascension Seton Medical Center in Austin, TX. The role coordinates patient meal services, supervises dining associates, and ensures dietary needs are met with care and accuracy.

The position requires at least one year of supervisory experience and customer service skills, with pay from $19.50 to $20.50 per hour and a daytime to evening shift schedule. Benefits post 90 days and differential pay are offered.

Qualifications

• At least one year of leadership/supervisory experience.
• Customer service experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversees systems and processes to meet the Patient Dining Program’s goals.
• Supervise Patient Dining Associates and ensure menu assistance, tray assembly, and delivery.
• Coordinate menu options for patients with allergies, dietary needs, or cultural preferences.
• Interact with nursing to evaluate daily patient meal selections and tray delivery.
• Respond to patient needs promptly and escalate concerns as needed.
• Assist dietitians with patients on restricted diets or specific calorie counts.
• Adhere to HIPAA, HACCP, and sanitation protocols.
• Complete daily/weekly/monthly reports per Morrison policies.
• Lead daily GR8 Start team meetings and perform other duties as assigned.
