Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Group company, is hiring Patient Dining Associates at Novant Health Coastal Carolina Medical Center in Hardeeville, SC. You will support patient meal service, help patients with menu choices, assemble and deliver trays with attention to dietary restrictions and timing.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service and food service experience is required.
• Must be able to lift up to 100 pounds and handle food service equipment.
• Ability to read, write and interpret documents in English.
• Basic computer and mathematical skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with understanding menu selections and coordinate with nursing to ensure orders meet nutritional requirements.
• Collaborate with caregivers and culinary team for patient-specific dietary needs and preferences.
• Assemble meals and retrieve trays from patient rooms according to scheduled times.
• Comply with HIPAA, sanitation, and regulatory standards (HACCP).
