Job summary

Morrison Healthcare, part of Compass Group, is hiring for a full-time Patient Services Lead at Piedmont Augusta in Augusta, GA. You will coordinate patient meal service and special requests to support the Patient Dining Program, ensuring staff are trained and units are properly staffed for excellent service.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience in a healthcare or dining setting.
• Ability to read and follow safety rules and procedure manuals.
• Able to operate hospital dining and ADT systems as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee patient dining program to meet service and patient needs.
• Supervise Patient Dining Associates and ensure tray assembly and delivery.
• Coordinate menu choices with dietary needs and allergies.
• Interact with nursing to monitor daily meal selection and delivery.
• Address patient concerns promptly following department procedures.
• Assist dietitians with monitoring patients on liquid or restricted diets.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and food safety standards (HACCP).
• Complete routine reports and participate in daily team meetings.
