Qualifications

• On‑the‑job training in the Food Service Associate position or diet therapy orientation by a licensed dietitian.

Responsibilities

• Meets Health System's Guiding Behaviors and Caring Standards including interpersonal communication and professional conduct expectations.
• Performs diet-related customer service functions through the use of CBORD, PowerChart, a wireless tablet, and wireless telephone.
• Delivers food trays to patients.
• Assists the patients with opening packaged food items.
• Picks up trays when meals are completed.
