• Processes diet changes and records allergies or tolerances.
• Maintains patient information and reports quality concerns to a dietitian.
• Generates reports and communicates information to staff.
• Assists with balancing ticket flow with expeditor.
• Loads/delivers patient meals and stocks units.
• Communicates patient needs to food, nutrition, and nursing teams.
• Follows safety and sanitation standards to prevent contamination.
• Manages inventory of floor stock on patient units.
