Responsibilities

• Prepare and assemble food in accordance with recipes and guidelines.
• Monitor and document food temperatures as assigned.
• Stock patient floor kitchenettes with bulk nourishment and supplies.
• Monitor nourishment refrigerator temperatures on nursing units.
• Serve food to patients, employees and guests with proper portion control.
• Distribute food and patient meal trays according to dietary procedures.
