Qualifications

• In high school, high school graduate or GED.
• 6 months in customer service field/office.
• Good computer skills and able to navigate on computer.

• Ability to speak, read and write English clearly and proficiently.

Responsibilities

• Assembles trays per menu and dietary restrictions.
• Delivers meals to patient rooms and checks diet accuracy.
• Maintains professional appearance and follows uniform policy.
• Transports trays and assists patients with opening containers.
• Communicates patient needs to nursing and kitchen.
• Keeps accurate records of temperatures and tray times.
• Participates in trainings, huddles, and CQI activities.
• Takes calls from patients and nursing units.
