Job summary

Qualifications

• Food Handlers Certification required within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Verify diet orders and ensure accuracy in the room service ordering system.
• Process patient meal orders within therapeutic diet guidelines.
• Communicate with tray line, dietitian, nursing and patients on meal service issues.
• Provide high quality dining experience meeting nutritional requirements, temperature, and service timelines.
