Job summary

Culinary Services Group is seeking a Manager, Patient Services to lead patient dining operations at Bridgeton, MO. This role supports the Food Service Director and drives diet accuracy, service standards, and CDM compliance for the location.

Responsibilities include planning patient meal service, coordinating with clinical and operations teams, and ensuring regulatory adherence. Strong focus on patient satisfaction and quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• B.S. degree or related field in food services management preferred.
• 3+ years related experience preferred, with acute/long-term care exposure.
• Willingness to participate in patient satisfaction activities.
• Knowledge of P&L accountability and contract-managed services desirable.
• CDM credentials and ServSafe certification are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Establish goals and oversee patient food service needs based on medical direction and contract.
• Plan and supervise patient food assembly and service.
• Ensure dietary restrictions and preferences are met.
• Comply with regulatory agencies including Joint Commission.
• Support Performance Improvement initiatives and cross-functional teams.
• Follow safety policies and perform other duties as assigned.
• Maintain CDM requirements and liaison between clinical and operations teams.

Education

B.S. Degree in Food Services Technology/Management, Dietetics or related field

Associate’s Degree +3 years related experience

Minimum 3 years acute/long-term care experience

Registered Dietitian/Diet Technician or Certified Dietary Manager certificate

ServSafe certification
