• Experience in food service/restaurant required.
• Ability to supervise Patient Dining Associates and coordinate meal service.
• Lift and move up to 100 pounds; push food carts; able to meet physical demands.

Responsibilities

• Oversees systems and processes to achieve program objectives.
• Supervise Patient Dining Associates; assist with menu selections and tray delivery/pick-up.
• Work with caregivers and culinary team on menu alternatives for allergies and cultural preferences.
• Monitor patient meal selections, tray completion, delivery and retrieval daily.
