Job summary

Golden Valley Memorial Healthcare is seeking a Room Service Associate in Golden Valley to ensure patients receive accurate, timely, and high-quality meals. Responsibilities

• Verify diet restrictions, allergies and meal eligibility.
• Enter meal orders into dietary management systems accurately.
• Communicate with kitchen, hospitality and clinical teams for accuracy and timely delivery.
• Support patient satisfaction efforts and respond to requests or concerns.
• Assist with resolving meal service issues and service recovery when needed.
• Maintain records related to patient meal service activities.
• Coordinate meal requests, snacks and special nutrition needs with room service.
• Promote exceptional customer service in every patient interaction.
