Thomas Cuisine is seeking a Patient Services Worker (Tray Line) in Phoenix, AZ to deliver personalized dining experiences to patients. You will take bedside orders, guide meal selections from a restaurant-style menu, and ensure timely, accurate delivery with a strong emphasis on professionalism and patient care.

The role requires strong interpersonal skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare setting, and adherence to safety and sanitation standards.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are required.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to lift and carry heavy objects and stand long periods.

Responsibilities

• Delivers patient trays during meal service and provides snacks or nourishment.
• Informs patients about Food and Nutrition Services and obtains food preferences.
• Ensures accuracy of items delivered and informs patients of meal selections and dietary info.
• Inventory and restock goods and supplies to proper levels.
• Responds promptly to service requests and follows up on delays or issues.
• Maintains privacy, safety, and dignity per confidentiality and sanitation standards.
• Provides excellent customer service and maintains a positive attitude.
• Performs food prep, tray line service, dishroom work, and related duties as assigned.
