Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Healthcare company, is hiring Patient Dining Associates (Dietary Aide) for Fort Mill Medical, Fort Mill, SC. Full-time and part-time schedules available. You will assist with patient menu selections and meal delivery, ensuring proper timing and temperature.

Training is provided; ability to lift up to 100 pounds is required. Join a team dedicated to high standards of care, nutrition, and service in a healthcare setting.

Formación

• Ability to read, write and interpret documents in English.
• Basic computer and mathematical skills.
• Must be able to occasionally lift or move up to 100 pounds, as well as maneuver and push food delivery carts.

Responsabilidades

• Help patients understand menu selections and work with nursing to ensure orders meet nutritional requirements.
• Collaborate with caregivers and culinary team to determine menu alternatives for allergies, diets, or preferences.
• Assemble meals according to each patient’s menu selection and retrieve trays from rooms on time.
• Complies with regulator agency standards, HIPAA, and confidentiality.
• Follow HACCP guidelines when handling food and maintaining sanitation.
• Assist dietitians in monitoring patients on specific diets.
• Communicate issues to appropriate personnel promptly.
• Complete daily/weekly/monthly reports as required.
• Adhere to health and sanitation regulations.
