Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Group company, is hiring a full-time Patient Dining Associate (Dietary Aide) for AdventHealth Riverview, FL. The role involves helping patients with menu selections, assembling and delivering meals, and ensuring accuracy and timely service in a healthcare setting.

You will work on assigned units, support dietary needs, and follow HACCP and HIPAA guidelines while collaborating with nurses, dietitians, and the culinary team. Weekend shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• Able to read, write and interpret documents in English.
• Basic computer and mathematical skills.
• Must be able to occasionally lift or move up to 100 pounds and maneuver food delivery carts.

Responsibilities

• Help patients understand menu selections and coordinate with nursing to meet nutritional requirements.
• Work with caregivers and culinary team to determine menu alternatives for allergies and preferences.
• Assemble meals and retrieve trays from patient rooms on schedule.
• Follow HACCP guidelines and maintain clean work stations.
• Adhere to infection control policies and patient privacy rules (HIPAA).
• Assist dietitians and document issues and concerns as needed.
