Responsibilities

• Assist patients with menu selections and coordinate with nursing for dietary needs.
• Assemble and deliver meals according to patient orders.
• Manage tray tickets and retrieve trays on schedule.
• Maintain HACCP guidelines and sanitize work areas.
• Support dietitians with monitoring patients on special diets.
• Document reports and comply with HIPAA and safety policies.
