• Location: Physicians Regional Collier - 8300 Collier Boulevard, Naples, FL 34114. Note: online applications accepted only.
• Schedule: Part-time schedules. Days and hours may vary, 12-hour shifts; more details upon interview.
• Requirement: One year of previous customer-facing experience is preferred but not required.
• Pay Range: $15.00 to $16.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Patient Dining Associates work on healthcare units, assisting patients with menu selections, assembling, delivering, and retrieving meal trays. They are part of the caregiving team, ensuring meals are accurate, timely, and meet safety standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with menu choices and coordinate with nursing to meet nutritional needs.
• Determine menu options considering allergies, sensitivities, cultural or religious preferences.
• Manage tray tickets, assemble meals, and retrieve trays in a timely manner.
• Comply with regulatory standards, including HIPAA, and adhere to safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Assist dietitians with monitoring patients on special diets or calorie counts.
• Communicate concerns to appropriate personnel promptly.
• Complete required reports and maintain sanitation standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Ability to read, write, and interpret documents in English.
• Basic computer and math skills.
• Ability to lift or move up to 100 pounds and maneuver food carts.
