Job summary

Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Healthcare company, is hiring Patient Dining Associates (Dietary Aides) at Valley Baptist Medical Center in Harlingen, TX. Both full-time and part-time positions offer 12-hour shifts from 6:00 am to 7:00 pm, with rotating weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Previous food service and customer service experience preferred.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus.
• Must be able to read and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Help patients understand menu choices and coordinate with nursing on dietary needs.
• Assemble meals and deliver trays on time.
• Manage tray tickets and retrieve trays from patient rooms.
• Follow HACCP, HIPAA, and sanitation policies.
• Communicate issues to appropriate staff in a timely manner.
• Complete daily, weekly, and monthly reports as outlined in policies.
