Qualifications

• Ability to read, write and interpret documents in English.
• Basic computer and mathematical skills.
• Must be able to lift or move up to 100 pounds and push carts.

Responsabilités

• Help patients understand their menu selections and coordinate with nursing to meet nutritional requirements.
• Determine menu alternatives for allergies, preferences, and dietary needs.
• Assemble meals according to patient selections and retrieve trays on schedule.
• Comply with federal, state, and local regulations and HIPAA policies.
• Follow HACCP guidelines and maintain cleanliness of work areas.
• Support dietitians in patient monitoring and dietary management.
• Document issues and communicate with appropriate staff.
