Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Group company, is hiring a Patient Dining Associate (Dietary Aide) at Christus St Frances Cabrini Hospital in Alexandria, LA. This full-time position offers a 5:00 am to 8:00 pm schedule, weekends required, and online applications are accepted.

The role involves assisting patients with menu selections, assembling and delivering meals, and ensuring accuracy and safety per HACCP, HIPAA, and department policies. Pay is fixed at $15.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write and interpret English documents.
• Basic computer and mathematical skills.
• Must be able to occasionally lift up to 100 pounds and move food delivery carts.

Responsibilities

• Help patients understand their menu selections and ensure orders meet nutritional requirements or restrictions.
• Determine menu alternatives for patients with allergies, tastes, or preferences; consider dietary restrictions.
• Assemble meals according to patient selections and retrieve trays on schedule.
• Comply with HIPAA, HACCP, and sanitation policies and procedures.
• Complete daily, weekly, and monthly reports as needed.
