Morrison Healthcare in Covington, LA is hiring a part-time Patient Dining Associate (Dietary Aide) to support patient meal services. You will assist on assigned units, help guests with menu choices, and ensure meals are delivered accurately and on time.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write and interpret documents in English.
• Basic computer and mathematical skills.
• Must be able to occasionally lift or move up to 100 pounds, and maneuver food delivery carts.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with menu selections and collaborate with nursing to meet nutritional requirements.
• Coordinate with caregivers and culinary team to adjust menus for allergies or preferences.
• Assemble meals and retrieve trays on time, ensuring accuracy and proper handling.
• Follow HIPAA policies and confidentiality guidelines.
• Adhere to HACCP and sanitation standards while maintaining clean work stations.
• Complete daily, weekly and monthly reports as required by Morrison Healthcare.
