Responsibilities

• Prepares, presents and serves food.
• Performs prep work: washing, peeling, cutting, seeding fruits and vegetables.
• Weighs and measures designated ingredients.
• Carries pans, kettles and trays to and from work stations while following safety standards.
• Stores food with proper dating, wrapping and rotation procedures.
• Cleans work areas, equipment and utensils.
• Distributes supplies, utensils and portable equipment.
• Follows approved recipes and portion controls to ensure quality and serving temperatures.
• Serves customers in a friendly, efficient manner and relays concerns to supervisor.
• Ensures sanitation and safety compliance and inventory/cash procedures.
