Morrison Healthcare, part of Compass Group, is hiring Patient Dining Associates (Dietary Aide) for UVA Culpeper Medical Center. Roles include on-site patient meal service, menu assistance, and tray delivery. Both full-time and part-time schedules available with weekend/holiday shifts.

Candidates should have food service or hospitality experience preferred, and must meet safety and nutrition standards while delivering compassionate patient care.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write and interpret documents in English.
• Basic computer and mathematical skills.
• Must be able to occasionally lift or move up to 100 pounds.

Responsabilités

• Help patients understand their menu selections and work with nursing to ensure orders meet dietary requirements.
• Assemble meals according to each patient’s menu selection and deliver/ retrieve trays on time.
• Maintain HACCP guidelines and sanitation for workstations and tray line.
• Collaborate with dietitians, nursing and culinary teams to address dietary needs and preferences.
