Qualifications

• 2–5 years leading an inside sales/call center team with conversion focus.
• Experience improving team quota attainment.
• Healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive conversion and sales performance by setting goals and tracking KPIs.
• Coach and develop PDRs through regular 1:1s and reviews.
• Manage day-to-day call center operations and onboarding.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with providers and leadership on escalations.
• Manage systems and continuous improvement to boost throughput.
