Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the Internet Lead System including inbound & outbound support, call & text tracking, and patient scheduling.
• Answer inbound calls from potential patients inquiring about the program and/or requesting to schedule an initial consultation.
• Conduct follow‑up calls to patients to discuss the patient’s progress and address any missed appointments.
• Conduct individual consultations, present the company services and promote the value plans. Conduct assessments / initial consultations and convert leads to new patients.
• Perform insurance verification and pre‑authorization.
• Assist front desk duties.

Requirements

• Experience working in a Medical, Dental, Physical Therapy, Chiropractic or similar office.
• Sales experience.
• Ability to work on Saturday from 7 a.m. to 1 p.m.
