• Serve as eClinicalWorks SME, migrating scheduling from external calendars and managing chart setup, lab results and documentation.
• Provide a patient-first concierge experience via phone, text and email for appointments, reminders and follow-ups.
• Support practice operations by handling cash-pay collections, maintaining logs and resolving admin bottlenecks.
