The Patient Coordinator role at Marion Smile Center is a full-time, on-site position based in Zelienople, PA. This role serves as a key point of contact for patients, greeting them warmly, checking them in and out, and ensuring a smooth experience from arrival to departure. Daily responsibilities include answering and routing phone calls, managing appointment scheduling and confirmations, verifying and updating patient information, and supporting efficient patient flow for the clinical team.
