Ivy Rehab in Sterling Heights, MI is seeking a Patient Coordinator to be the welcoming first point of contact for patients in our pediatric-focused clinic. The role supports front office tasks including patient registration, scheduling, and maintaining accurate records to ensure smooth clinic coordination.

This full-time position offers a competitive hourly wage of $18-21 and a supportive team culture focused on exceptional patient care and service. Prior healthcare admin experience is preferred.

Position Summary:

The Patient Coordinator serves as the first point of contact for patients and plays a critical role in delivering a welcoming, organized, and efficient clinic experience. This role supports front office operations such as patient registration, patient scheduling and other administrative tasks to ensure seamless coordination between patients and the clinical team. The Patient Coordinator supports clinic workflows by maintaining accurate patient records, appointment management, and providing excellent customer service to patients and families.
