Ivy Rehab is seeking a Patient Coordinator for a brand-new Holland, MI clinic. This full-time role (40 hours/week) focuses on welcoming patients, scheduling, answering calls, confirming insurance, and processing new patient intake, while supporting staff and ensuring smooth clinic operations.

• 2+ years of administrative experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, and Outlook.

• Adaptability and positive attitude with fluctuating workloads.

They work collaboratively with clinicians and colleagues to provide exceptional patient care and world-class customer service. Responsibilities include greeting and checking-in patients, scheduling appointments, answering incoming phone calls, verifying insurance coverage, obtaining necessary authorization, collecting payments, processing new patients, and helping the clinic maintain optimal performance.
