Qualifications

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and professionalism.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to the Schertz clinic for coverage when needed.

Responsibilities

Patient Coordinator | Outpatient | Full-time | 21200 State Highway 46 W, Spring Branch, TX 78070

At Cibolo Creek Physical Therapy, an H2 Health company, we believe exceptional patient care begins with an exceptional patient experience. As a Patient Coordinator, you'll be the welcoming face of our outpatient orthopedic clinic, helping patients navigate every step of their rehabilitation journey while ensuring the clinic operates efficiently each day.

Our Spring Branch clinic provides comprehensive outpatient physical therapy services, including orthopedic rehabilitation, sports rehabilitation, vestibular therapy, manual therapy, aquatic therapy, dry needling, balance treatment, spinal decompression, and other specialty services. As an essential member of our team, you'll collaborate closely with clinicians and administrative staff to create a positive, organized, and patient-centered experience from the moment each patient walks through our doors. This position also requires flexibility to provide occasional coverage at our Schertz location as needed.
